Getaway Seminars is committed to assisting the healthcare professional with achieving their educational needs while satisfying their vacation desires. We do so by providing the highest quality seminars at exciting and luxurious vacation destinations, resulting in an invigorating experience for the mind, body and soul.

 

We work with university faculties and healthcare professionals to provide seminar topics that enhance your professional skills and apply them in real life practice settings, providing an exceptional educational experience. Our seminar topics are developed to address some of the most current healthcare challenges we face in our profession.

 

We host our seminars at some of the most desirable vacation destinations. Whether you prefer the luxury and comfort of 4 and 5 Star hotels, casinos and resorts, or the tranquility of a tropical paradise beach, or being pampered on the high seas, our seminar locations are just what your body needs. We continue to find destinations that will pamper the professional.

8:00 to 12:45 PM Lecture
12:45 to 1:00 PM Q & A

(Staten Island lectures follow same agenda but begin 1 hour later 9:00am)

FREQUENT ATTENDEE DISCOUNT – after attending 5 getaway vacation seminars, your sixth seminar registration fee is at NO CHARGE. You are only responsible for hotel / cruise accommodations.

TAX DEDUCTIBILITY – seminar fees, lodging, travel expenses, and meals are Tax Deductible if the purpose of your attendance is to maintain your professional education. Please consult with your tax advisor.

SEMINAR FEES – Includes program attendance, handouts, continental breakfast, and certification of CE credit. Credit will be posted to you approximately 6 weeks after completion of seminar. Credit is given by St. John’s University.

ACPE – Our lectures are accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy
acpe-logo-getaway-seminarsEducation as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. Completion of this program provides a total of up to [TBA] hours of continuing education credit. In order to obtain credit, participants must complete required continuing education forms and submit them on site.

REFERRALS – After attending one of our seminars, you may earn $50 credit towards your next seminar registration by simply referring a colleague or friend who registers for a 3-day seminar. Please speak to a Getaway Seminar representative for more details.

REFUND POLICY – A $50.00 processing fee is charged for all refunds. Advance written notice is required, can be mailed or faxed.

  • Up to two weeks before – Balance of registration may be applied to another seminar within 12 months, or refund can be mailed to you. Refunds may take up to 4 weeks to process.
  • Less than two weeks – NO REFUND

 

In the event of cancellation, Getaway Seminars Inc. is not liable for any loss in hotel or cruise-line deposits. Getaway Seminars, Inc. will not refund monies due to a cancellation of flights or airline delays.
