Joshua Neumiller is Vice-Chair and Professor in the Department of Pharmacotherapy at Washington State University (WSU). Josh is a contributing author of the ADA books Medication for the Treatment of Diabetes and Practical Insulin. He is past Editor-in-Chief for the ADA journal Diabetes Spectrum and served as Chairman of the ADA’s Professional Practice Committee from 2018-2019 whose primary responsibility is revising the ADA Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes each year. In addition to his work at WSU, Josh holds a research appointment with Providence Medical Research Center (PMRC) in Spokane, Washington and is an investigator with the Center for Kidney Disease Research, Education and Hope (CURE-CKD). Josh was the 2021 ADCES Diabetes CARE & Education Specialist of the Year and is the 2024 President-Elect, Health Care & Education for the ADA.
